JOSEPH AND ANNE REULEAU

Joseph Reuleau ("Brunnen- u. Pumpen-Bauer*") was born on 2 June 1711 in Glain, Liittich (Liège) and died on 26 October 1779..   He married Anne Thomas (or Thomus) in around 1733.   The ancestries of neither Joseph nor Anne are recorded.    They were our great-great-great-great-grandparents.

Their children were:

Cornelis (1734-);

Rhenidus (1735-) who presumably died young since there was a second Rhenidus;

Joseph (1737-1818) who married Sophie Helene Baumann (cl740-1809) in around 1765; our great-great-great-grandparents;

Rhenidus (1740-);

François (1747-);

Henri (1752-) who married Anna Maria Mommery, and gave rise to several generations named Reuleaux but remote from us.

Marie Dieudonnée (1753-) who married Philippe Lecrenoir; judging from her second name, she must have been a long-awaited daughter. According to a note by Oskar Reuleaux, there may have been other daughters.
