I was born in "Traben House" on Sunday, 10 February
1918 , and (Alice) Moira, the daughter of Charles and Alice
Archer was born in Dublin on 2 November 1916. We married
in Roby, near Liverpool,
on 12 April 1947. Moira died in Swanage
on 7 October 1983 aged 67.
Our children are:
Patrick John Charles born 12 April 1949 in Liverpool, married Marlene
Annette Fletcher 4 December 1971 in Birmingham; parents
of Victoria Michelle (born 27 March 1975; married Christian Moran,
now Seiflow-Moran, 12 September 1998), and Kathryn Marie
(born 4 July 1977);
Gerald David Andrew born 17 September 1950 in Liverpool, married Cathy
Patricia Jefferies (née Montague) 7 August 1977 in Chicago,
parents of David (Jefferies) (born 23 September 1970); and Kristie
Cathleen (born 25 November 1979); Kristie has a son,
Jayson Christopher, born 23 February 2003.
Nicholas Charles Andrew born 2 October 1953 in Liverpool;
married Anne-Simone in 1997 in Vancouver; marriage dissolved 2006.
Mary Alice Emma, born 1 May 1956 in Liverpool; married Stephen John
Grist in Boston, Lincolnshire, on 4 August 1984; parents
of Matthew James (born 10 October 1985), and Jonathon Mark (born
18 September 1989).
